The Lafayette Hotel has recently landed on the downtown development list for a top to bottom rehab. Developer Rocco Termini has announced his intention to restore the hotel back to its original beauty.

Many of the long forgotten details and features, long covered, will be brought back to life while the building is converted into a multi-use structure.
Designed by first professional woman architect, Louise Bethune - her most monumental designs. The only grand hotel remaining from the Golden Age of Buffalo. Lobby was updated in the 1940s.
