Little Summer Street
Affectionately known as Little Summer Street, this dogleg is probably the most trafficked neighborhood during annual Garden Walk. The cottage-style houses date back to 1870 and earlier. They are small and quaint, though they are caretakers of the most intricate and exquisite gardens... if you didn't know any better you might think that you were walking around Provence, France.
This is also one of the most desirable urban streetscapes in which to live. Rarely does a house on Little Summer come onto the market. And when one does, it goes quickly. Located just down the street from Kleinhans Music Hall and close to the Richmond Avenue bike lanes. Also in close proximity to Urban Roots Garden Cooperative and Five Points Bakery.
