KC's Fitness Mixed Martial Arts Class
During the summer months these mixed martial arts students learn the skills of their trainers in one of the most picturesque settings in the city. The backdrop is the world renowned Kleinhans Music Hall. It's where members of KC's Fitness practice while providing an interesting show for passersby.
KC's has been around for a long time now. The gym is based out of the First Presbyterian Church - the most historic church in Buffalo. It's also the church situated directly across the street.
