The Eights' Bistro beer and wine bar is currently open for the dinner crowd from Tuesday to Saturday... and now it's open for lunch!
The Eights has come to Main Street, and with it comes some of the healthiest dinner selections to be found anywhere. This is not your typical carrot and celery joint. Rather it serves healthy, wholesome comfort food, sandwiches, pizzas... there are even vegan pulled pork sliders that are guaranteed to rock your world! Soon it will be open for lunch.
This is a sit-down eatery (sit at a table or at the recreated antique bar. Featuring mainly vegan/vegetarian dishes though there are some excellent choices for meat-lovers as well. Catch a Sabres game and try one of the constantly rotating draught beers. There are sake drinks available.
