If you can pick up a house anywhere near this corner, do so. This neighborhood has been on the rise for the last ten years. Homeowners are constantly repairing, landscaping, painting and socializing in an effort to draw new people into the fold.
This is the stomping ground for Garden Walkers and restaurant-goers. Across the street is Trattoria Aroma where the residents go for beer, wine and primo food. Close to the Elmwood Village, while being equally as close to the Richmond Avenue bike lanes. If you live here you get to know your neighbors, mostly due to the numerous porches and gardens.
Property values continue to appreciate, though there are still a couple of fixer-uppers to be found. Most of the houses get snapped up as soon as they are available. That was not the case ten years ago.
