Formerly Rosalie's La Marina Ristorante, Victor's Bar and Grille. This section of Hertel Avenue, along with the entire street, is alive and well these days. A new series of stores are opening, the restaurants are busy, and there is a diversity on the street that has not been seen in a long time.
