Net Zero House
People United for Sustainable Housing is an advocate for finding houses for people who might otherwise not be able to live in one. PUSH has recently completed an initiative that saw the renovation of a West Side home - as a completely green makeover.
The house is Net Zero, which means that it produces as much energy as it depletes - zero impact! PUSH trained you people in the neighborhood, with the help of AmeriCorps, who will go on to secure jobs in the green industry.
