37th Floor of One HSBC Center
Not many people are aware that there is a rentable space on the 37th floor of One HSBC Tower. Until recently that space was dedicated to an office, though when it freed up building management decided to convert it to a different use that would lend itself to events.
People lease the space for events ranging from catered brunch to leadership seminars. When we visited the space it was still under construction yet operating. Rooftop tours are also available. From the website:
