West York Community Garden
This corner was formerly home to a pizzeria that never appeared to be open and was really run down. When the property was purchased by D'Youville College, neighbors and Block Clubs feared that the parcel would become a parking lot.
Today, with the help of the Fargo Estate and College District block clubs, along with a D'Youville College advisory board, this corner is going to be home to a beautiful garden that will be visible from Porter Avenue. When visiting this garden, be sure to stop by and have lunch at Morning Glory Cafe.
