George Woodman Ceramic Tile Mural
Located at the Canisius College campus Metro Rail Station at Delavan, this colorful tile mural by George Woodman was part of an art installation coinciding with the opening of the Metro Rail in 1985. The entire effort cost $1.15 million - a staggering amount of money for the time.
Each tile features a different color tile, yet all of the tiles are perfectly interconnected and somehow manage to flow. If you stare at the three walls of tiles, your mind starts to play tricks on you.
