Red Radiale
A striking, unmistakable object of art that is an interesting take on perfected radial shapes. The artist has thrown perfection to the wind in an effort to wreak havoc on what would otherwise have been an almost predictable creation - 1968.
As if a tomato left in the sun to shrivel, or child's deflated ball, this sculpture by renowned artist Gio Pomodoro is an excellent example of his earlier work before departing to explore the world of geometric shapes.
