Stop into Charlie the Butcher's at the Ellicott Square building and treat yourself to one of the best beef on wecks around. Granted this is an express location, but the building's atrium cannot be beat and the food is just as good as you will find at their main locations. A great downtown lunch spot. From Charlie's:

1. Take the top off the kummelweck roll;
2. Add the sauces: au jus and horseradish;
3. Make the sandwich as sloppy and wet as you can;
4. Replace the top;
5. Eat the sandwich;
