Guerilla Gardener
This little stretch of land is where you will find the work of an unknown guerilla gardener. She spends the warmer months digging up the dirt, planting flowers and cleaning up debris. Sometimes you can catch her pulling weeds or watering her garden. Of course this is public property and would normally look like a disaster if she didn't take the time to care for it. I've tried to flag her down to thank her for her hard work, but when she sees me she scurries away.
