Buffalo East is the former Steel Drums, Jamaican restaurant that "Floyd" owned and prior to that it was the Congo Loco - Wendall Rivera's establishment. A friend and theatrical colleague, Vernice Turner has taken this site and transformed it into a non-alcoholic coffeehouse and night club that supports all the arts!
