Pan American Exposition District
This Pan-Am sign marks the location where the event took place. Although this might not be the most significant waymarking point, it is important because The City is in the process of rebranding this district as the Pan American Exposition District.
The district would encompass points stretching from Delaware to Elmwood and from Great Arrow to Amherst Street. The idea is to place needed significance on the historical event, while showcasing many of the current assets and addressing others that have been compromised in past years.
