Admirals Walk
Built in 1991, Admirals Walk was one of the first high rise condominiums built down at the Waterfront Village. The condos are not as expensive as you might think, and one-bedrooms have been know to sell for under $200,000.
That's not bad considering that the condos being built these days are opening with astronomical price tags. Walking distance to the Erie Basin Marina, LaSalle Park, the Inner Harbor... even the Metro Rail. Have bike will travel, since a bike trail wraps around the back of the building. Amazing views of the lake and onto Canada!
