Millinocket

This gigantic work of art is located in One HSBC Center. Found at the top of the escalator towards the back wall, Millinocket (what a name) commands a presence and literally draws visitors to the back of the sprawling room for a closer inspection.
The plaque located next to the sculpture reads: Original metal sculpture on an abstract composition rendered with three large sibling (parallelogram) elements, united in reverse sequence to create a single "personality" with organic unity. Year created: 1972
