Bagel Man!
Sorry, I just had to add the exclamation mark after the name of the business. This hot little strip of Hertel boasts a great yoga studio, a chocolate shop (on the way), a cafe, a notorious bar... and now Bagel Man!
Although Bagel Man! is strictly a business-2-business model, the wholesale shop does supply its bagels to the Parker Hertel Sweet Shop located just around the corner - that way you can pick up as little as just one. The Bagel Man! might look closed, but he's always inside making his bagels fresh for neighborhood churches, events, and local businesses in need of fresh, homemade bagels at a wholesale price.
If you want to call ahead and order a dozen bagels, Bagel Man! will have them waiting for you when you arrive... no matter who you are!
