Lasalle Splash Pad
For years this splash pad was non-operational. Same with Centennial Pool right next door. The splash pad was fixed up a couple years back, and ever since it has been a big draw for kids on a hot summer's day.
Centennial Pool is scheduled to reopen this summer, which means that the splash pad will be busier than ever. Not far from here is where activists are hoping to build an outdoor skate plaza.
