Santasiero's
You're not a real West Sider until you have eaten at Santasiero's. This is a no-frills family restaurant where oversized home-cooked meals are served up fast. Go for the red sauce, or the pasta fagioli... the red wine is served in an ordinary Italian countryside glass and the bread is served white with butter.
People who rave about this restaurant have been going there for years... and their parents before them. Bring cash since they don't accept credit cards. That's OK though - you kinda feel like you're at a friends house when you eat there anyways!
