Though this building pales in comparison to its neighbor (The Larkin Building), it will soon become a key puzzle piece to transforming the Larking District back into a dynamic mixed-use area of the city.
The building seen here is reminiscent of Termini's successful Webb Building on Pearl Street. Once retrofitted for Class A office space, outfitted with an industrial awning and loaded with street infrastructure improvements (seen in the rendering), we will be looking at another major draw to this part of the city.
Close to Downtown and the waterfront.
