A boarded up, former derelict building in Allentown is now under different ownership and will be getting a new lease on life.
The Fairmount is a hi-profile apartment building located at the corner of Allen and North Pearl. For the longest time this property was a real liability for the street since the tenants were notorious for creating noise and contributing to criminal activities. Finally, The Fairmount will be renovated and leased out as studio and one-bedroom apartments.
