Event: Seneca Loop Sledding
It was certainly unprecedented - during the weekend of the Buffalo Powder Keg Festival this Skyway exit ramp was closed to traffic so that the public could go tubing for a weekend.
The tubes were donated by Colden Valley Tubing Company, but some people did bring their own sleds. At times there was a two hour plus wait to get a ride in.
The Powder Keg Festival takes place the last weekend in February.
