The Nortel Bar and Grill
Located on Hertel Avenue, The Nortel is a great place to grab a beer and/or lunch and dinner. The back dining area is larger than one might expect and boasts a ton of retro formica tables with non-functioning service buzzers. Meals include soups, salads, club sandwiches, seafood, spaghetti, chicken and beef hot specialty sandwiches, wraps, wings, burgers and sides (plus kid's menu).
The front bar area is really cool too. Very old-world flavor with lots of dark wood, attractive beer signs and lights. The front entrance is the bar entrance and the side entrance is the restaurant entrance. Definitely worth a visit regardless of whether it's for food or drinks.
