When the warm summer winds off Lake Erie cease blowing, and winter is upon us, it's time to ditch the swim trunks and gear up for some serious cold wind action at Gallagher Beach.
If you're really lucky, you can catch Bill Myers (pictured here) out doing his thing - Bill reps for Eclipse Kites, a company that makes the colorful hi-performance kites used for both winter and summer sports. He sells his kites all over the world, and the winds off Lake Erie offer the perfect place to hone his skills and test his products.
