If developer Rocco Termini has his way, downtown Buffalo will be home to yet another Signature mixed use project that would feature residential, hotel and commercial spaces.
This development is not as far-fetched as some might imagine. Already the developer is tackling the AM&A's Warehouse (mixed use development) situated east of this structure. He is also moving forward on the Hotel Lafayette conversion. His portfolio of completed projects is beyond impressive as he is currently the King Midas of the city.
