504 Elmwood Lofts & Retail
Completed a couple years back, this mixed-use development initially was the home to Lu Modern, a clothing boutique that has since relocated to Downtown (with renewed interest in opening a second location back on Elmwood Avenue).
Currently 504 Elmwood is occupied residential above and a Realty USA office on the ground floor. There is also an underground gym called Fierce Fitness located within the building and an alleyway that leads to a parking lot in the rear.
