Here is a project that got bumped from the 'Coming Soon' file to the 'Concept' file. It looked like this residential conversion had some legs, but when the economy tanked, so did the hope for this project.
There has not been an official announcement that the Freezer Queen conversion is grounded - a lot of people were routing for this one to come to fruition. This would have been the ultimate waterfront conversion with amazing views and unlimited access to the waterfront that people can only dream of having.
