The Skyway Pedestrian Trail
Concept:
There has been a debate for years whether to leave The Skyway or take it down. Then there are others who want to see the elevated roadway transformed into a alternative functioning waterfront asset.
Here we see Tim Tielman's vision - to truncate The Skyway, thus turning in the remaining portion into a walkable Skyway Pedestrian Trail. It's a cool idea that should at least be looked into if and when The Skyway does come to pass.
