Party on the Portico
This is one of the best party series of the summer. Party on the Portico takes place on Friday evenings and includes live music, beer, wine, hors doeuvres, free tours of the History Museum and absolutely breathtaking scenic views.
Mirror Lake and the Japanese Garden can be seen below as guests mingle while listening to some of the city's best live music. There is a $10 admission to get in, but the price is worth every penny. Select Friday dates occur in June, July and August.
