Rotary Rink at Fountain Plaza
Thanks to the Rotary Club of Buffalo, downtown has a very popular (and free) winter attraction. During the summer months this is a calm reflecting pool with nearby water fountain. As the temperatures drop, the concessionaires set up a snack bar and skate rentals for people who don't have their own blades.
