Fera's Lunch Hour
Despite the fact that this building looks like a mess (it's actually a parking ramp), there is a great little lunch place located on the first floor. It's quick and the food is quite good.
Soups, sandwiches, sides, and salads served in a humble diner-esqe atmosphere. Be forewarned that this place can get extremely busy during peak lunch time. I've see lines at the cash register that car reach 15 people deep. Try getting there a bit earlier or a bit later if you can.
