What can you say about Hutch's that hasn't already been said? This is one of the most sought after restaurants in WNY and for good reason. Always busy. Very cool back bar where patrons wait for their chance to be served savory dinners in a fine dining atmosphere. Call ahead... way ahead, especially on the weekends and around holidays.
The list of specials is as long as the menu... many regular diners actually believe that the specials are regular menu items. The wasabi tuna with ginger is unreal.
