The 9th Ward @ Babeville
The 9th Ward is a fantastic venue tucked away in the basement of an historic century old church. It has a great ambient sound and a good bar. The venue holds about 100 people and is very similar to Sound Lab's vibe however, more intimate.
When opening for the band The Antlers, we noticed that the sound quality was top-notch and the stage location was perfect. There was a lot of room for the people to watch, sit and talk while enjoying the music. Overall, I think The 9th Ward is one of the best venues in town! -Bernice Radle (Lead singer in Bear Exchange)
