Metropolitan Transportation Center
While conducting a bit of research on the Buffalo's Downtown Bus Station, I learned that it's actually called the Buffalo Metropolitan Transportation Center. I also learned that this is an important layover stop between Toronto and NYC. Open 24 hours a day.
Easy to access from the Metro Rail route and certain lines do make trips to the airport. The internationally recognized Buffalo Youth Hostel is also within walking distance.
