Hippodrome Billiards
Maybe not the most likely place to find a billiards hall, and kinda missing that old world vibe that it was once known for when located downtown. Those issues aside, The Hippodrome does have the nicest pool tables in the city. And there are a ton of them.
These tables are pristine, mainly because this is not a bar where shooters tend to spill their drinks on the felt. The patrons respect the tables, which are maintained on a regular basis. This is the place to go if you're looking to hone your skills. They have quality cues with solid tips, though many players tend to bring their own cues with them.
