Elmwood Park
I recently discovered that this little park has a name - Elmwood Park. For many years this park sat uncared for and in utter disrepair. The sidewalks were even falling apart.
Today the park is rejuvenated thanks to the effort of a Small Built Works project headed up by Architect Brad Wales and his class at the University at Buffalo. At the center of the park sits a modern windmill that, when operational, triggers a small bulb that lights up.
