Outlook Tower
If you really want to see what the city's waterfront looks like, and you want to get the best vantage point, then all you have to do is head to the Erie Basin Marina.
At the end of the peninsula you will find the Outlook Tower. At the bottom you will see a set of steps that will lead you on a winding climb to the top of this observation deck. From there you can see the waterfront loft community, LaSalle Park, the Canadian Side, the Peace Bridge and many other points of interest.
There is a general store at the base of the tower.
