One day a year the HSBC Arena is home to the Buffalo Brewfest. This August event started off as a large gathering of beer drinkers and craft brewers on the East Side of the city. Eventually it outgrew the Central Terminal and landed at the arena.
With every year, the size of BrewFest continues to grow. Now it is an indoor/outdoor event with food stations, tables, live music, over a hundred beers and thousands of beer lovers. Proceeds benefit the Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center. Brewfest is on the Metro Rail route, so you can leave your car at home.
