Gallagher Beach Pier
This is a fantastic Outer Harbor waterfront destination. Walking out to the end of this pier gives one a completely different perspective of the waterfront. A boardwalk runs the complete length of the shore, and a pebble beach below is perfect for sitting out with a beach chair or running a dog.
During the summer, this is where the windsurfer tribes hang out. And in the wintertime this place is alive with kite snowboarders - a real sight to behold.
