Sisti Park

Sisti Park

Named after Tony Sisti, this quaint urban park is an artistic breath of fresh for anyone looking for a place of reflection. Here you will find the most charming bronze plaque paying tribute to a mover and shaker of the Allentown art scene during the 1930's.

The images on the plaque portray two of Sisti's passions: art and boxing. Hence the boxing gloves, and the Parisian artist's beret. Tony would be happy to know that there are some wonderful sculptures that have made Sisti Park their home over the years. He would also enjoy all of the Tapestry School children who use the park as a playground.
