This was once the site of The Parklane Restaurant. In 2010 Uniland Development is planning on braking ground on 23-story condominium tower project. The project has been one of contention due to residents living in the nearby Parklane Condominiums complaining of blocked sight lines.
Though some may say that there is still a chance the project will not move forward, the general consensus is that Uniland will indeed break ground in 2010. 33 Gates Circle will undoubtedly become the most exclusive condos in the city of Buffalo.
