Buffalo is home to yet another food truck serving up delicious barbecue, sandwiches and soul food. Catering is available - found mainly in Downtown Buffalo during lunch hours and nightlife (like Allentown) areas after work is out.

The Whole Hog is about supporting local agriculture and is a model for inner city kids who want to be chefs, entrepreneurs and business owners.

About the business:
* Chef Haggerty is an honor graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and served as Chief Steward in the merchant marines floating on the Bering Sea for 10 years.
* Chef Haggerty was the founder, owner and operator of Seattles The Buffalo Deli for 12 years.
* Our meals are healthy, nutritious and always home-made. Our ingredients are locally-farmed.
* It is our commitment to train and empower Buffalo's youth by inviting them to work with us, and by teaching them culinary skills and entrepreneurial skills.
