Charlie Frederiksen's Home Restoration
The Caulkin House, located at 415 Franklin Street, is home to Charlie Frederiksen's Home Restoration. This is one of my favorite Queen Anne Stick Style houses in Allentown, which is funny because the Charlie Frederiksen is also the person who completely rehabbed a magnificent mansion at 245 North Street - another one of my favorite houses.
Needless to say, if you're on the hunt for a guy who is meticulous when it comes to bringing out the original luster of an old Buffalo house, stop by and talk to Charlie - and check out this house in person because it's even prettier in real life!
