White's Livery Stable Apartments

Hopefully coming soon, the White's Livery Stable Apartments can be chalked up to a number of different preservation groups that rallied behind a grassroots effort to save the historic structure. Unfortunately the top floor was lost when the building buckled - a 'therapeutic demolition' was ordered.
Shortly after the partial demolition, local developer Sam Savarino stepped up to the plate and released the rendering that we see here (click image to enlarge). Fingers crossed, work on the 1889 structure will begin in fall of '10.
