HSBC Center Eatery and Seattle's Best Cafe
Up until last week I had no idea that there was a cool cafe at the HSBC Tower. Now normally I would not suggest that anyone head down to an office building for lunch, but this is different. This cafe has three wings of seating with lounges that overlook the city of Buffalo.
Not only that, but the food selections look pretty good too. There's an International Station that switches up the types of ethnic foods that they serve - and different themes depending on the day of the week: Mexican (Mon), Asian (Tues), German (Wed), Mushrooms (Thurs), Hawaiian (Fri). They also have soups, sandwiches, salads, and just about everything else under the sun.
Also depending on the day, guests will find breakfast offerings that include Breakfast Pizza and Waffle/Omelet Stations. The menu in general are rather extensive - I'm totally impressed with this hidden cafe, especially because it's gigantic with so many different seating areas and views.
By the way, this cafe is now on my list as one of the best places in Buffalo to have a coffee power meeting due to the seating capacity - you can invite as many people that you can think of and not have to worry about taking up too much room.
