Mike Andrzejewski, owner of Seabar, is planning on opening a steak house inside the Hotel Lafayette. Work has already begun on the apartments... and it's only a matter of time before the steak house is underway.
This is going to be a super swank restaurant occupying a space that was formerly a classic upscale ding club within the hotel.
