Excellent food, free limitless WiFi, plenty of seating, bright, computers... and it's located in Allentown which makes it one of the coolest places to hang in the city. Sometimes the food at a cafe is just so-so. Since coffee is the mainstay, the food is just a bonus. Cafe 59 is different in that they care about the menu as much as they do the coffee.
Very popular for lunch, especially since the expansion a couple years back. Service is excellent and the food comes out quick. The chunky tomato soup is worth the trip. Love the fish sandwich too. The build-your-own-salad routine ranks as one of the best in the city. The sides are free and filling, and the coffee is very good indeed. Perfect place for lunch or an early dinner. Now serving breakfast sandwiches.
