The Buffalo Dachshund Club
The Buffalo Dachshund Club meets monthly for socialization opportunities for both its members and their dogs. The club was founded in the summer of 2008 and has grown to include over 200 proud local dachshund owners.
Annual club events have included marching in the downtown Buffalo St. Patrick's day, West Seneca Days and Clarence Center Labor day parades. In addition, each fall the club holds an annual October fundraiser called "Dachtoberfest", to benefit Dachshund Rescue of North American (www.drna.org).
