Toro is the first and only Buffalo restaurant to incorporate this style of dining. Plates at Toro are meant to be shared in a group of 2 to 3 people, and at Toro there are no courses, food comes out as soon as it is ready, getting to your table quickly and allowing multiple dishes to be served, passed and savored at all different times throughout the meal.
